We measure every opening on a free visit and you get one itemised quote, window by window, with no obligation. Is there a minimum order for windows and doors?
Yes. The minimum order is 5 windows or doors, in any mix: 5 windows, 5 doors, or 3 doors and 2 windows. We do not quote for one or two on their own, because the freight alone would cost more than the door or window.
Does the free visit cover windows as well as kitchens?
Yes. The visit, the measuring of every opening and the quote cost you nothing, and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Do you do patio doors as well as windows?
Yes. Patio doors and French doors are part of the same job and the same quote, so the whole front or back of the house is handled together.
How long does it take?
Roughly twelve weeks from order to delivery in Ireland as a general guide. Your order confirmation carries the schedule we commit to, and we plan the fitting dates around it.
How disruptive is it?
We work through the house opening by opening rather than taking everything out at once, and we clear up behind us. We talk the order of the work through with you before we start.
Can you do the internal doors at the same time?
Yes. Internal doors, kitchens, wardrobes and fitted furniture are all our own work, so one team can cover the whole house on one quote.
